Valencia (Spain), 08 February 2021.- Eiffage Metal Spain, part of the French multinational Eiffage, leader in France and Europe in the construction sector, with a presence in fifty countries and a business volume of more than 18,100 million euros, has committed to the Spanish high-tech company TCI Cutting to carry out the optimization of the intelligent automation of its production in its subsidiary in Spain.
 
The company Eiffage Metal Spain is a market leader in the manufacture of high quality wind towers and metal structures, for the execution of wind energy projects that the French Group develops as a pioneer worldwide.
 
The high-technology project developed by the engineers of the company TCI Cutting, for Eiffage Metal Spain in its facilities located in Madrigueras (Albacete), includes the manufacture of a 14-meter length Speedline 2D laser cutting machine (bevel cutting) that guarantees the maximum quality and cutting speed of this customer's large wind turbines and minimum electricity consumption given its high energy efficiency.
 
 This cutting solution will optimize the intelligent automation of the customer’s production thanks to its greater control and agility on its way to a Smart Factory, improve delivery times with its customers, optimize business resources and allow greater cost efficiency. All this will directly benefit its customers, who will see the quality of the finished product improved and will reinforce the company's competitiveness and market leadership.
 
In addition, it guarantees Eiffage Metal España, among other benefits, the self-sufficiency of its production thanks to the vertical integration of the company which will allow Eiffage Metal España to manufacture from now on all the production elements internally respecting the highest quality standards of the company without depending on a third party supply.
 
On the other hand, it will mean the expansion of the production lines of Eiffage Metal Spain, both due to the consequent increase in the capacity of the cutting section, as well as the possibility of carrying out aluminum and stainless steel cutting work for other companies, in order to become a supplier of elements for third parties.
