The moulds for box culverts is designed for the manufacture of non-prestressed concrete parts, with a wall thickness between 200 and 290mm, and is made up of an inner frame and a base, which, when assembled together, give the shape of the part to be manufactured.

It’s a modulated system of steel formworks designed for the production of precast box culverts and half-frames by using wet cast concrete.

The assembly and the opening of the mould are performed manually, joining the amount of necessary elements or modules in accordance to dimensions of the frame to produce.

A set of additional bases is supplied to allow mass production of parts.

The bases are assembled by screw-nut unions, while the inner and outer moulds are assembled on this bases by bolt-wedge unions.
