It reaffirms its commitment to the most complex technical challenges

Moldtech has delivered a high-capacity mold for the production of TT slabs.

Based in Neumarkt (Germany), this client is a fifth-generation family business with a distinguished track record in industrialized construction, particularly renowned for its turnkey projects. With six strategically located plants across Germany, the company produces precast reinforced and prestressed concrete elements weighing up to 100 tons and measuring up to 50 meters in length, reaching an annual production capacity of 450,000 tons.

Specialized in the construction of administrative buildings, logistics centers, production facilities, supermarkets, furniture stores, stadiums, and parking structures, this company has built its reputation on a solid commitment to quality, on-time and on-budget delivery, and the trust it inspires in its clients.

The company’s business philosophy is based on continuity, technological innovation, and technical perfection, always with a clear focus on economic and ecological sustainability. Its core values include openness, trust, cooperation, corporate social responsibility, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Their production system stands out for its use of low CO₂ cement, actively contributing to resource conservation and environmental protection. This commitment to sustainability not only positions the company as a technical leader but also as an ethical benchmark in the construction sector.

To meet these high standards, an advanced TT slab mold has been designed, manufactured, and delivered with a capacity of 600 tons and a total length of 52.5 meters. This mold is specifically engineered for the efficient, mass production of prestressed concrete beams with variable cross-sections.

The mold consists of four interconnectable modules, forming a versatile production line capable of adapting to different technical specifications depending on project requirements. The beam rib height is hydraulically adjustable, with a minimum dimension of 300 mm and a maximum of 1000 mm. The beam width is also variable, ranging between 3.5 and 3.8 meters.

Among its integrated technological innovations are a hydraulic system for quick base, active and passive head configuration, a digitally controlled electric vibration system, and an advanced heating system to ensure optimal concrete quality regardless of external weather conditions.

Additionally, it features a synchronized hydraulic unit for tensioning and detensioning, equipped with two 300-ton detensioning cylinders, allowing the mold to reach the required high total tensioning capacity. This cutting-edge configuration ensures dimensional precision, rapid production cycles, and maximum structural strength of the precast elements.

The mold supplied by Moldtech will be key in meeting the growing demand for TT slabs in Germany, mainly destined for industrial construction projects such as logistics centers, parking facilities, and large-scale infrastructures. It ensures a constant, high-quality production to meet stock requirements.

Moldtech: Committed to Excellence in Precast Solutions

The collaboration with this client represents a significant milestone for Moldtech in Germany, strengthening its position as one of the leading suppliers of specialized solutions for the precast concrete sector. The technical capacity demonstrated in this project reaffirms Moldtech's commitment to excellence, technological innovation, and sustainability, aligning perfectly with the demands of the German market.

With this operation, Moldtech continues to expand its international presence, delivering added value and reinforcing its reputation as a strategic partner capable of successfully tackling the most complex technical challenges in the global precast market.
