The client is an established and reputable construction company

Its client is an established and reputable construction company with necessary resources and experience to ensure successful large-scale infrastructure projects. Thus, the client has already completed several projects with Moldtech equipment, of course, the most prominent was a mobile plant for road and bridge construction in 2020.  For Moldtech this is an indication that their clients are satisfied with the quality and performance of its equipment and that they trust our expertise in the precast concrete industry.

This time the client needs 12 moulds of different dimensions for manufacturing precast bridge wings. Using precast bridge wings, they can speed up their construction process and reduce costs while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.

The moulds are designed with a fixed central core and collapsible sides with hinges that make it easy to demould the precast elements once cured.

The inclusion of an external pneumatic vibration system is also a good feature, as it can help to ensure that the concrete is compacted and evenly distributed throughout the mould. This can result in a higher-quality finished product with improved strength and durability.

By using precast elements like bridge wings, our client can ensure that the bridge edges are protected from damage and wear caused by weather, traffic, and other environmental factors. This can help to extend the lifespan of the bridge and reduce maintenance costs over time.

In addition to their functional benefits, precast bridge wings can also be designed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the bridge. They can be customized to match the design and style of the bridge, creating a cohesive and visually appealing structure.

Overall, precast bridge wings are an excellent choice for protecting and garnishing bridge edges. By using Moldtech’s practical moulds and equipment, one can produce these elements efficiently and cost-effectively, while maintaining the necessary quality and safety standards.
