The vertical battery mould for the production of precast panels that they supplied in Israel last year is fully operational

Vertical battery mould is the best solution to manufacture a large number of precast concrete panels with a smooth finish on both sides while using a minimum of factory space.

Earlier our technical team has visited the factory in Israel. They have been able to verify the correct operation of the machine and its high production of precast panels.

Currently, the mould has the capacity to manufacture up to five panels at a time, with the possibility of expanding five additional panels, this gives it unparalleled versatility.

Dimensions range of a panel can vary from 1.20 m to 4 m of height, with a maximum panel length of 10 m. The thickness of the panels can range from 10 cm to 35 cm. Moldtech always thinks of making their work as easy as possible for the client, which is why our machines are designed with that function. The client will be able to manufacture panels to the measurements they want only using customized shuttering systems.

Further, the mould is equipped with a set of hydraulic cylinders to ensure proper tightening during filling. It is managed from a touch screen panel that controls the pressure of the cylinders through the installed analogue pressure switches. This control panel also allows the opening and closing of the casting slots by means of electric motors. In addition to the control panel, Moldtech also delivered a remote control to carry out the same opening and closing movements of the casting slots for panels.

The supply was completed with a concrete skip with a maximum capacity of 2 cubic meters for filling the panels casting slots. The opening and closing of the skip gate are equipped with a battery system which allows controlled pouring of concrete without the need to be connected to the electrical network for its operation.

At Moldtech we always seek to offer great versatility with our moulds and equipment. This is, without a doubt, one of the characteristics that our clients look for when selecting us as a partner for their projects.

INTERNATIONAL PRESS MISSION 2025, 27 - 31 OCTOBER

The main objective and purpose of the reverse mission is for the invited magazines to visit various manufacturers of construction, public works, and mining machinery in order to learn firsthand about the Spanish machinery offering, as well as the production processes and facilities of ANMOPYC members located throughout different regions of Spain.

Through this activity, we aim to cover the majority of subsectors represented by ANMOPYC members, such as mining and related machinery, recycling, general construction machinery, power generators and energy equipment, lifting machinery, etc., and to highlight any technical or product innovations.
