They design molds for complex product applications such as tongue and groove concrete pieces

Rometa concrete production machines include an electromechanical system essential for the manufacture of this type of concrete pieces.

The manufacturing process consists in automatically placing mould extra part (with the shape requested by the client), on top of the tray. The molding cycle takes place as for any other piece but the extra part of the mould is removed just before final demoulding.

This system allows the manufacture of complex and technical pieces.

Our TOFORM molds can be used both in Rometa machines and in those of other manufacturers equipped with the aforementioned system.
